Made a cake

This one was so hard. Don't know if anyone has truer to make the hulk fist but I did not like doing it. I think I 're made it 4 times. But here is the finished cake. Hope you like it :)

I was so excited that I made this I had to share it 

I have never made a

1.   Lemon meringue pie

 on my own before because no matter how many times I have tried in the past I couldn't make meringue. but this time I think I did.

 hooray :)

It collapsed abit don't know why maybe someone can tell me?

The base 

Just digestive biscuits and butter. It was quite messy to make, I don't really like the pastry on pies that is why I did the biscuit base.

The filling  

lemon rind, lemon juice, cornflour, water,egg yoke and sugar. 

The top

 egg whites, sugar and cornflour to make it shiny.

Straight from the oven
