Weigh in day today. :( I only lost half a pound booooooo. But I am trying to be positive about it and that is still a loss. So half a stone all together. I also had carrot cake this week (naughty!). I have had quite a lot of saucy meals this week and although I can have them I do have to count it as a syn. This week I am going to focus on eating free foods. So make sauce with tomaotos and butternut squash, staying away from shop bought sauce,if I really have to eat it and stay on sp for a few days.
Hope for a bigger loss next week.
I even whent on a 6mile bike ride this week :(
Slightly happy day. Sad only because I didn't loos that much weight.
